Super Mario Run (Android) to release on March 23

The much awaited title from the Nintendo family will make its way to android on March 23. Yes, it is the long awaited Super Mario Run. Google Play Store will finally have it this week and android users can indulge in this wonderful title without waiting any longer. Android users have waited for it really long as the title was released for iOS back in December. Earlier, Nintendo confirmed that Super Mario Run would arrive on the Google Play Store in March but didn’t not specify any date. But now we now the company has announced the release date as well.
As was expected, Super Mario Run on iOS moved to the top of the most downloaded apps list in a flash with more than 10 million individual installs on its first day on the App Store. But due to its high price tag, just about percent of the users who installed the game ever paid the $10 to unlock the whole title. Nintendo stated that it does not plan to add more levels to the game which was not a great news for the fans. According to reports, the company wasn’t making lot of moey of the game as they would have expected.

In case you wish to pre-register for Super Mario Run, you can head to Google Play Store and do it. Similar to iOS, you will be able to play first few levels of the game free and then if you wish to continue you need to spend $10.
