Well, well. The story of Samsung Galaxy Note 7s overheating just don’t seem to end. It has not been long that we got to know reports that replacement phones were having high battery drain and they charge slowly and now the company is working on the complaints that few replacement units are overheating.
Some consumers who got the replacements handsets in South Korea and U.S reported that the new smartphone is too hot and it is almost impossible to use it while calling.
According to Samsung, there is no safety issue concerning the problem. However, after the reports of phones exploding phones followed by exploding Samsung washing-machines, the trust of the consumers is certainly not the same.
According to a report by CNN, the Consumer Product Safety Commission has issued a safety warning to the company after reports of some top-loading Samsung washing machines blowing up. The commission advised consumers to only use delicate cycle to wash bedding and water-resistant/ bulky stuff considering the lower spin speed reduces the risk of property damage or impact injuries as a result of washing machine becoming displaced.
It is not something that Samsung can get away with or tend to ignore now. Be it the washing machines of the Galaxy Note 7s, the company needs to act more vigilantly if it wants to remain its customers in future.
