How to Track Changes on Microsoft Word?

Track changes is a tool provided my Microsoft Word, its functionality is to provide users with ease to collaborate effectively and smoothly on your word documents. When this function is enabled it allows users to make modifications with in-line text and it highlights any changes made to the original document and you will be able to see where exactly the changes have been made. When enabled; it allows the user to accept or reject the changes that have been made to the document. This can be done by check mark or simply clicking on the x button on the keyboard.
How to Enable Track changes on Microsoft Word
To enable the track of changes open Microsoft word and go to the toolbar, select tools and then simply click on track changes to enable it.
Note: To disable it, repeat the same procedure again.
Microsoft Word 2007 users can enable track changes function by clicking on review in the main toolbar and the click on track changes. Alternative shortcut is to simply press [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [E] to enable it from the keyboard. To deactivate it you need to go to reviews and the click on track changes.
