JIT on Corruption Case and Calibri Font, what?

Joint Investigation Team aka JIT in Pakistan is working on a corruption case on Nawaz Sharif (Current PM of Pakistan) and have submitted their evidence of possible corrption. In evidence document they have found that font used on some of the documents defending Nawaz Sharif's case have used a font called Calibri. JIT has said that font was released in 2007, how they have used it before 2007?

We decided to do a reserch on Calibri Font and found that Calibri Font was actually being searched way back in 2001 on google.com, sreenshot attatched.
