How to download the Android O Developer Preview

Google has made the Android O Developer Preview now. It is for the second time it has done it before its annual Google I/O Developer's Conference. The final version will be available until late summer. However if you want to check it out now, you can download Android O on compatible devices.
You might be wondering if you should download it or not. Well, there is no need to do it unless you are a developer. Google doesn't aim this first build of Android O for all so it has not issued the beta via the general Android Beta over-the-air channel.
