XpressDox Document Assembly is an Add In that installs to the Microsoft Office Word ribbon. Templates and data are stored using OpenXML to ensure compatibility with other systems. Documents are generated in DOCX and PDF formats. Templates may be run locally or shared across your organization. XpressDox is powerful enough to handle every document automation requirement. XpressDox supports low cost deployment on the Web. Your same templates authored on the desktop will run in any browser and on PDAs such as iPad. For organizations where cost of software deployment is an issue templates may be deployed on the Web. XpressDox will execute your routing instructions so that completed documents may be emailed to internal or external recipients automatically.
